Bargaining 101 (AB Academic) - March 2024

Both graduate labour groups at ULeth and UofA are going into bargaining this year (and UofC is already in the process).  For this process to succeed, a union needs an invested and educated workforce. 

In this session, you will learn the legal and practical guidelines around collective bargaining in the province of Alberta.  The processes will be primarily be put in context of the current status of bargaining at UofC along with the recent rounds that were completed at UofA and ULeth.

This will be a virtual education session open to all academic workers in Alberta, and the link will provided closer to the date.
