The Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) has been the union of choice for thousands of academic workers across the country. With over 30,000 members working at 25 post-
secondary institutions across the country and more being serviced by PSAC we continue to make incredible gains for academically employed workers in the University Sector.
We have over 26 years of experience servicing academic workers PSAC has collectively created an Academic Edge in the sector.
We are the union of choice for research assistants, research associates, post-doctoral fellows, graduate students, instructors, residence advisors, floor fellows, invigilators, and administrators.
Our expertise housed in PSAC Prairies supports over 8300 academically employed workers, including our recent service partnership with the Graduate Student Workers at the University of Alberta, University of Calgary and University of Lethbridge.
PSAC Prairies Academic Edge not only serves our members around the bargaining table in the workplace but we also advocate alongside our members for affordable, accessible and high-quality post-secondary education.
