Interested in becoming a leader in your department and supporting your fellow graduate workers?

This 4 hour training is your introduction to getting more involved with the Graduate Labour Union, who advocates for and supports graduate workers at the University of Calgary.  You will learn more about the how labour works for graduate workers in Alberta, how to handle workplace problems, and the power of solidarity in advocacy.

Stewards training is a prerequisite to joining the GLU team, which is your chance to join an awesome team that brings real and effective change to your peers.  This is your last chance to meet this prereq before positions open in May!
