On August 19th & 21st, the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) will be holding a 2-part training session from 11:30 AM -3:30 PM for University of Lethbridge Grad Students. Topics covered will include:
An introduction to the PSAC, where you fit in and advantages of belonging to a union.
Reviewing the rights included in your Collective Agreement
Responsibilities of the Local President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer
Mobilizing your membership.
Additional benefits of being in the union (including discounts you can receive just for being part of the PSAC)
