ULGA Stewards Training - Lethbridge

Interested in becoming a leader in your department and supporting your fellow graduate workers?

This 4 hour training is your introduction to getting more involved with your graduate labour union ULGA, who advocates for and supports graduate workers at the University of Calgary.  You will learn more about the how labour works for graduate workers in Alberta, how to handle workplace problems, and the power of solidarity in advocacy.

As ULGA enters bargaining again in 2024, stewards will have an important role of informing and engaging members throughout the process to ensure graduate workers get a fair deal.
