UofA GSA Labour for International Students

In this session, we will discuss labour rights in Canada, Alberta, and at your workplace and the protections that are in place for workers who advocate for themselves independently or through their union.  We will also discuss the particularly sensitive dynamic that international workers have and how to overcome those challenges.

While this workshop is aimed at empowering international students, we encourage all student workers to attend because we are stronger together!
